Job summary

Reflection is seeking an Applications Lead to steer a team of full-stack engineers building internal dashboards, admin tools, and customer-facing surfaces. You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, and contribute technically across UI, API, and auth layers.

You’ll partner with research, platform, and product to translate needs into scalable, reliable systems, while maintaining hands-on involvement to ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on.
• Ownership of production-grade full-stack applications end-to-end.
• Ability to translate requirements into maintainable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of full-stack engineers.
• Provide front-line leadership of dashboards, admin tools, and self-serve surfaces.
• Stay hands-on with the stack to contribute as an IC when needed.
• Prioritize work and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide technical decisions across React/TypeScript, APIs, services, and auth.
• Collaborate with research, platform, and product to design reliable interfaces.
