Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team in Wisconsin-based locations or US-based remote work. You will lead power systems design for industrial projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with clients to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of industrial electrical experience, MV up to 15 kV, and a PE license. Travel up to 25% may be required. The role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Systems required.
10+ years of industrial electrical systems engineering design & analysis experience.
5+ years of experience with medium voltage (up to15 kV) & low voltage (up to 600 VAC) power distribution systems.
Professional Engineer license required.

Responsibilities

Engage in an industrial environment gathering field data for projects.
Provide design support for electrical systems including medium (15 kV) & low voltage (600 VAC) power distribution.
Perform power system analyses (short circuit, load flow, arc flash, power factor).
Lead development of project documentation, schedules, and cost estimates.
Lead design reviews with the client and internal teams.
QA/QC of design packages and stamping.
Travel up to 25% annually.
