Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Lead Educational Consultant to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This remote role will serve as a trusted advisor across sales, implementation, marketing, and customer success functions, focusing on advancing solution adoption in the early childhood education market through strong instructional guidance and adult learning expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Early Childhood field.
• BA in early childhood education or related field; MA preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 40% nationally as necessary.
• Strong sales and implementation skills.
• Experience conducting adult learning training sessions.
• Excellent presentation skills in person and via Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to internal teams regarding content and product knowledge.
• Partner with Sales and Partner Success Teams to enhance revenue and solution implementation.
• Support Marketing and Content teams in developing customer-facing communication materials.
• Act as a thought leader at conferences and in professional communications.
• Build exemplary implementations that showcase the company's solutions.
• Represent the company's commitment to user success in all interactions.
