Ladders is seeking a Lead Educational Consultant to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This remote role will serve as a trusted advisor across sales, implementation, marketing, and customer success functions, focusing on advancing solution adoption in the early childhood education market through strong instructional guidance and adult learning expertise.

• 10+ years of experience in the Early Childhood field.
• BA in early childhood education or related field; MA preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 40% nationally as necessary.
• Strong sales and implementation skills.
• Experience conducting adult learning training sessions.
• Excellent presentation skills in person and via Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to internal teams regarding content and product knowledge.
• Partner with Sales and Partner Success Teams to enhance revenue and solution implementation.
• Support Marketing and Content teams in developing customer-facing communication materials.
• Act as a thought leader at conferences and in professional communications.

This remote role will serve as a trusted advisor across sales, implementation, marketing, and customer success functions. The position focuses on advancing solution adoption in the early childhood education market through strong instructional guidance, adult learning expertise, and high-impact customer engagements. The ideal candidate will help shape exceptional implementations, support revenue growth, and represent the organization as a credible thought leader with customers and industry audiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to internal teams regarding content and product knowledge

• Experience conducting adult learning training sessions
• Strong sales and implementation skills
• Expert presentation skills in person and via Zoom
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new technology
