Job summary

Teaching Strategies, LLC is seeking a senior professional on the West Coast to lead content and product knowledge across teams, while coaching and onboarding staff. The role supports sales and customer success with tailored presentations and implementation plans.

Candidates should bring 10+ years in early childhood, deep product knowledge, and strong adult-learning and presentation skills. Travel up to 40% nationally is expected, with opportunities for professional development and leadership

Qualifications

• West coast presence required.
• Deep knowledge of Teaching Strategies entire suite of solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in the Early Childhood field.
• Ability to travel up to 40% nationally.
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field; Master's preferred.
• Leadership experience building and leading programs or coaching.
• Experience conducting adult learning training sessions.
• Experience or transferable skills in sales and implementation.
• Expert presentation skills both in person and via Zoom.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor internal teams on Teaching Strategies content and product knowledge.
• Support onboarding of new employees across content and products.
• Develop continuous content and product learning for customer-facing teams.
• Provide coaching on content and product knowledge to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partner Success to grow revenue and improve implementation.
• Lead content-specific aspects of sales presentations and develop implementation plans for key accounts.
• Serve as a consultant on content, early childhood field, and markets used.
• Research customers and goals to tailor presentations.
