Job summary

EdReports.org, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Reviews (Early Literacy) to oversee and support reviews of foundational materials. Remote work with national scope, reporting to the Managing Director, Literacy.

Bring deep literacy expertise, research-based practices, and strong collaboration to improve instructional materials for educators and students. The role requires seven years in curriculum design or related fields, residency in the United States, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant professional experience in curriculum design, instruction, coaching, research, assessment, program leadership, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in College and Career Ready Standards, ELA instructional shifts, early literacy, and the Science of Reading.
• Residency in and authorization to work in the United States.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support reviews of early literacy and foundational materials, ensuring alignment to standards and current research.
• Train and calibrate educator-reviewers, ensuring consistent results across teams.
• Collaborate across content teams to update review tools and processes.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to review teams and stakeholders.
• Engage with external publishers to communicate the review process.
