Job summary

EdReports.org is seeking a Lead, Reviews (Early Math) to oversee pre-K instructional materials reviews, ensuring they are evidence-rich and aligned to EdReports criteria. This remote, full-time, 2-year role reports to the Managing Director, Pre-K and guides educator-reviewers toward high-quality reviews.

This position requires deep knowledge of early mathematics, strong project leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Pre-K–5 mathematics, especially Pre-K–3.
• Experience leading cross-functional review projects.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the review of pre-K instructional materials, including development of pre-k mathematics reviews.
• Train and calibrate educator-reviewers to produce evidence-rich reviews.
• Collaborate to update early mathematics review tools and processes.
