Job summary

EdReports.org is seeking a Lead, Reviews (Early Math) to oversee pre-K to early elementary mathematics reviews. You will guide expert teams, calibrate across reviewers, and align work with EdReports criteria to improve instructional materials nationwide.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of early math development, standards, and research-based practices, with collaboration across internal teams and external partners. National travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional experience in curriculum design, instruction, coaching, research, assessment, or program leadership.
• Five years of people and/or project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Pre-K-5 mathematics standards, developmental and learning progressions, and research-supported instructional practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pre-K instructional material reviews aligned to standards.
• Train educator-reviewers and calibrate across teams to ensure evidence-rich reviews.
• Collaborate across the organization and with external partners to update review tools and processes based on research and feedback.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to review teams on criteria and practice.
• Engage with publishers and communicate the review process to stakeholders.
• Explain EdReports tools and early mathematics review results to educators, districts, states, and partner nonprofits.
