Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior analytics product leader to define roadmaps, prioritize features, coordinate stakeholders, and drive successful product launches. This role can be remote in the continental US, with meetings across time zones.

You will translate data insights into strategic recommendations for executives, collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing, and champion the analytics product portfolio at industry events to advance patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise-level organizations within digital or analytics.
• Strong communication and a passion for driving new and innovative products from start to finish.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) and business intelligence skills.
• Strong experience collaborating cross-functionally and building a team culture.
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with business goals and market demands to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Controls the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Communicates strategically with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Engages with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers, to gather feedback, understand requirements, and communicate product updates and enhancements. Translates business questions from senior stakeholders into well-posed causal questions.
• Translates statistical results into decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Advocates for the digital product portfolio internally and externally, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote product value and drive business growth.
