Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations and clinical technology product management.
• Expertise in Epic EHR workflows and configurations.
• Deep understanding of Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-For-Service (FFS) dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering technology-backed clinical interventions.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on structured problem-solving.
• Demonstrated people leadership with a focus on empathy and team trust.
