CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management. This remote New York role leads strategy and execution for chronic condition programs, coordinating with Epic and other tech domains to deliver safe, high-quality outpatient care.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, translate clinical visions into scalable technology roadmaps, and focus on patient outcomes, safety, and cost reduction. Strong leadership is essential.

Formación

• Executive presence to influence senior leaders and frontline teams.
• Epic EHR knowledge and translating operational needs into Epic builds.
• Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care, QI, and FFs operating dynamics.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale clinical tech interventions.
• Strong analytical skills and accountability for execution.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmaps for chronic condition programs.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists and designers.
• Translate clinical vision into actionable requirements and robust architectures.
• Oversee end-to-end technology design, backlogs, and cross-team transparency.
• Ensure seamless integration of external data sources with Epic workflows to support clinicians.
