Synergy Business Innovation & Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to design, secure, and optimize cloud-native platforms in AWS and Kubernetes. Lead CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Helm), and security automation while ensuring compliance.

Collaborate across teams to improve software delivery, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive best practices in DevSecOps in regulated environments. The role emphasizes mentoring, architecture guidance, and cost-aware cloud optimization with FinOps

Formación

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles.
• Experience with containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
• Experience deploying AWS infrastructure with Terraform and Helm.
• Experience with AWS services like EKS, IAM, networking, and directory services.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD with SAST, DAST, and container scanning.
• Familiarity with DoD Platform One concepts and hardened container ecosystems.
• Knowledge of zero-trust, least privilege, network segmentation, and secure service communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and container platforms in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated, reliable, and secure software delivery.
• Implement IaC using Terraform and Helm.
• Integrate security controls across the SDLC and perform remediation.
• Manage EKS environments, registries, and deployments.
• Implement authentication/authorization using OIDC or SAML with enterprise providers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, containers, and cloud infra.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevSecOps best practices.
