Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join its Engineering team. You will own our distributed infrastructure, ensuring automation, security, and resilience across cloud and on-prem components.

You will design CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and monitor systems with Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus, collaborating with developers to keep deployments fast and reliable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SysOps, or Linux Admin in distributed infra.
• Proficient in Linux, Rocky Linux, and Docker.
• Fluent Kubernetes and Helm, practical FluxCD experience.
• Experience with Zabbix, Grafana, QuestDB, Prometheus monitoring.
• CI/CD with Ansible, Terraform; GitLab CI deployments.
• MariaDB, NGINX; support infra for PHP/Node.js/Python apps.
• Scripting in Bash, Perl, Python, or Go.
• 2+ years with DigitalOcean/AWS/GCP.
• Polish at C1; English at B2.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software teams to release, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implement automated infrastructure.
• Monitor, diagnose and resolve issues in the environment.
• Automate infrastructure and processes across the SDLC.
