Job summary

ScaleOps is redefining autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure. We seek an experienced Staff/Principal Engineer to own our infrastructure end-to-end, including self-hosted product, SaaS platform, and AI infra.

Lead multi-cloud operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, focusing on networking, security, SSO, and compute. Collaborate with backend, product, and R&D to enable rapid feature delivery with high reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infra, platform eng or SRE on large-scale systems.
• 2+ years leading eng initiatives and mentoring in production.
• Hands-on with at least two major clouds; strong networking, security, IAM.

• 2+ years of experience leading engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers and solid understanding of networking, security, and IAM.
