Job summary

Tria Federal is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive AWS-based infrastructure, Terraform, and containerization across .NET and Node.js apps. You will lead a small team, mentor engineers, and collaborate with federal stakeholders. Some on-site meetings in Woodlawn, MD may be required, but the role is 100% remote.

You must have 8+ years in DevOps, strong Windows Server expertise, and experience with CI/CD, NiFi data pipelines, and Kanban workflows. A US security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Lead level with 8+ years in required skills.
• 6+ years using Kanban and Jira/Confluence.
• 8+ years with Terraform and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a DevOps team of at least 2 with clear accountability.
• Manage Kanban boards, WIP limits, and cycle time metrics.
• Mentor engineers and establish technical standards.
• Represent the team to federal program stakeholders and maintain SLAs.
