Job summary

• Bridge gap between business requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring that initiatives align with customers’ organizational goals.
• Strong system integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver complex, high-value solutions during early engagement and across the lifecycle of large-scale customer programs.
• Lead program architecture and ensure architectural integrity and delivery outcomes.
• Act as single point of contact for solution architecture across stakeholders.
• Drive quality, governance and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with pursuit managers, program managers, managed services and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from design to run.
