Job summary

RNInk is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to steer advanced data science initiatives with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and LLMs in healthcare. You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, and mentor other data scientists in a fast-paced setting.

The role demands 7+ years in data science focused on healthcare data, a strong ML/statistics background, and proven production deployment of GenAI/LLMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related STEM field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in data science, with a significant focus on healthcare data.
• Proven experience in deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in a production environment.
• Strong foundation in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs, ensuring their integration into production systems.
• Oversee the entire data science project lifecycle, from model conception to deployment and continuous monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data science projects with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and refine existing models to enhance their predictive accuracy and applicability to healthcare datasets.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance.
