Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science/Statistics or related STEM field; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, healthcare data focus.
• Proven experience deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
• Strong foundation in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership to present insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of ML models, focusing on Generative AI and LLMs for production.
• Oversee end-to-end data science lifecycle from conception to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor and lead a team of data scientists, promoting innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align projects with business goals and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and refine models to improve predictive accuracy for healthcare data.
• Translate complex findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
