You will lead cross‑functional teams, oversee the full model lifecycle, mentor data scientists, and translate complex analytics into actionable business and clinical outcomes, communicating clearly with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Statistics or related STEM field.
• Minimum of seven years of data science experience with healthcare data.
• Proven Generative AI/LLM deployment in production environments.
• Strong foundation in ML techniques and statistical analysis.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of ML models with Generative AI/LLMs into production.
• Oversee end-to-end data science project lifecycle from concept to deployment and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business and healthcare regulations.
• Evaluate and refine models to improve predictive accuracy on healthcare data.
• Communicate complex analytics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
