Launch Potato is seeking a senior data scientist to own the data science engine for a priority vertical, from problem framing to deployed model and live ROAS performance. This is a hands-on role, deeply involved in data and modeling, partnering with ML engineering through deployment and monitoring.

Initial focus on Insurance and Advertiser Quality, with ROAS as the primary metric, and a base salary plus profit-sharing bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands-on data science delivering measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to build and deploy ML models that improve ROAS.
• Experience in leadgen or performance marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end modeling pipeline from problem framing to deployment.
• Collaborate with ML engineering for last-mile integration.
• Monitor model performance and drive revenue efficiency.
• Focus on Insurance vertical initially, expanding later.
