Launch Potato is a remote-first data-driven company seeking an experienced data scientist to own the full data science engine for a priority vertical, starting with Insurance and Advertiser Quality, focused on driving ROAS and revenue growth.

You will work hands-on in modeling, validation, deployment, and ongoing performance analysis, partnering with ML engineers to hand off the last mile and monitor outcomes in live campaigns.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or the leadgen industry.
• Experience building adtech algorithms and supporting user acquisition or paid media modeling (highly desired).
• Strong modeling fundamentals enabling business impact.
• Multi-year, hands-on experience building and deploying ML solutions in AWS cloud.
• Hands-on experience in multi-armed bandit/RL, recommender and ranking systems, funnel monetization optimization, and LTV modeling.
• Expert Python and SQL.

Responsabilités

• Own the data science engine end-to-end for a priority vertical—from business problem to deployed model to live ROAS performance.
• Be heavily hands-on: model, validate, deploy, monitor, and analyze performance with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ML engineering for the last mile and ensure deployment success and ongoing optimization.
