Bounteous is seeking a Lead Data Architect to drive deep-dive analyses on complex, high-volume datasets and to mentor a team of analysts. You will own data modeling, dashboards, and analytical rigor, while partnering with Data Engineering on robust pipelines.

The role requires senior-level SQL skills, statistically sound methods, and the ability to communicate findings to senior stakeholders. Remote-capable with a global team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute complex, high-stakes analyses with deep technical depth.
• Guide and unblock the team on difficult data problems and schemas.
• Write advanced SQL and build data models and pipelines with Data Engineering.
• Apply experiments and regression analyses to drive defensible conclusions.
• Design dashboards and reporting frameworks and know when deeper analysis is needed.
• Set technical standards: reviews, data quality checks, documentation.
• Mentor analysts and translate business questions into structured analyses.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and rigor.
• Own the analytics function's tools, models, and processes.
