Job summary

AbsoluteCare is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to inform decision making and drive actionable insights across clinical, financial, and operational goals. You will collaborate with executives and stakeholders to lead cross-functional analytics projects using EHR, pharmacy POS, population health, and payer data to predict and improve member outcomes.

The role includes managing complex analytics projects, designing data models, and automating reporting using the Microsoft BI stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of healthcare data analysis and reporting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL.
• Experience with EHR data (eClinicalWorks) and payer data is a plus.
• Ability to design data models and predictive analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced analytics solutions for multiple business teams.
• Develop ad‑hoc reports and analytics to support clinical and financial goals.
• Design data solutions with KPIs and actionable insights.
• Conduct data mining to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create predictive models to improve member outcomes and care quality.
• Automate reporting using Microsoft BI stack and other tools.
• Communicate findings clearly to executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee junior analysts and ensure high-quality reporting.
