EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Content Strategist to drive a large-scale Sitecore XP to Sitecore AI migration. You will plan, rationalize, and migrate content with a focus on scalable, AI-ready experiences. You’ll collaborate with design vendors and client teams to align content strategy with a future-state architecture.

The role emphasizes deep content operations, migration sequencing, and stakeholder management in a remote setting, through December 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Proven CMS migration experience across large-scale projects.
• Strong content strategy background to assess and rationalize large inventories.
• Experience mapping legacy content to future-state architectures and IA.
• Client-facing skills for leading content performance discussions and alignment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and stakeholders in triangulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Own comprehensive migration planning including content assessment, inventory analysis, and rationalization activities.
• Map legacy content, templates, components, and URLs to future-state structures and IA.
• Partner with third-party design vendors to influence design choices and ensure all page types and edge cases are captured.
• Define reusable content types, metadata standards, and modular content frameworks supporting scalability and AI-readiness.
• Facilitate content inventory decisions through keep/remove/revise exercises with client stakeholders.
• Develop migration sequencing strategies and cutover readiness plans for seamless platform transition.
