Job summary

Alto Neuroscience, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Development Program Lead to oversee one of Alto’s advanced clinical programs.

This role carries end-to-end accountability for strategy, design, and execution of trials from Phase 1 through Phase 3, long-term safety studies, and regulatory preparations. You will refine trial designs, manage cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity and regulatory readiness, and partner with the CMO and senior leadership to align with portfolio

Qualifications

• MD/PhD or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in clinical development with Phase 1–3 execution.
• Experience in psychiatry or related indications.
• FDA/EMA meetings involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, design, and execution of clinical programs through NDA.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Program Management and budgets.
• Ensure quality across activities and oversight of external vendors.
• Represent program at governance forums and with external stakeholders.
• Partner with CMO and leadership to align with portfolio priorities.
