Job summary

Alto Neuroscience is seeking an experienced Clinical Development Program Lead to oversee one of our advanced clinical programs with end-to-end accountability for strategy, design, and execution from Phase 1 through Phase 3, long-term safety studies, and regulatory submissions.

The role partners with the CMO and cross-functional teams to refine study designs, ensure data integrity, and align with regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years in clinical development with Phase 1–3 trial execution.
• Experience designing and leading neuroscience/psychiatry programs and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical program from design to NDA submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CMO and Clinical Operations.
• Oversee trial design, safety oversight, and data integrity.
• Engage with regulators and KOLs to ensure alignment.
