Job summary

your Jared is seeking a Chatbot Engineer to lead the development of an omni‑channel virtual tutor that uses real-time emotion detection inputs to deliver an empathetic learning experience across text, video and VR, aligned with our established K‑12 curriculum.

This leadership role blends deep technical work with coaching of engineers; you will partner with data science and UX/UI teams to improve conversation design, integrate with LMS and CRM systems, and push for scalable, transparent AI

Qualifications

• Proven chatbot design and implementation experience across platforms.
• Strong coding skills in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with Dialogflow, Bot Framework or Rasa.
• Experience integrating chatbots with CRM/databases and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent end-user UX focus and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement conversational interfaces for multiple integrations.
• Integrate multi-modal data to tune bot tone and style.
• Collaborate with data scientists to incorporate real-time emotion cues.
• Lead and coach engineering teams across feature areas.
• Ensure scalable, transparent AI aligned with curriculum.
