Placements24 is seeking a Lead Business Process Re-engineering Consultant to guide remote engagements across diverse sectors, optimizing operations through strategic redesign. You will lead engagements, analyze complex operations, and architect innovative solutions that deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires extensive experience in BPR, process analysis, and stakeholder facilitation, with a track record of mentoring virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years in management consulting focused on BPR.
• Proven track record delivering complex BPR projects.
• Expertise in process analysis, mapping, and redesign.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading virtual teams.
• Familiar with Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience with BPMN tools like Visio/ARIS/Bizagi.
• Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and implementation of BPR initiatives for clients.
• Analyze processes, map as-is and design to-be states.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop project plans, timelines and resource needs.
• Mentor consultant teams in analysis and design.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Use BPMN and modeling tools to document designs.
• Develop KPIs to measure success of changes.
• Present findings and roadmaps to senior management.
• Ensure successful handover and adoption of new processes.
