Specialized Accounting is a hospitality accounting firm providing precise financial support to clients in hospitality, marinas, restaurants, and service ventures. We seek a Lead Bookkeeper working remotely on a full-time basis to maintain records, prepare financial statements, and support decision-making.

The ideal candidate is motivated to grow into an Account Manager, managing relationships and advisory duties over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and journal entries.
• Hospitality/service industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for client accounts.
• Record journal entries and reconcile bank/card accounts.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll reconciliation.
• Support revenue recognition and POS data extraction.
• Develop ownership toward an Account Manager role.
