Capstone IT, Inc. is seeking an Amazon Connect Solution Lead to design and develop contact center routing solutions, build AWS serverless applications, and lead technical delivery.

You will work hands-on with Amazon Connect, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS Lambda, CDK, DynamoDB, S3, and REST APIs while also developing modern interfaces using Vue.js and Nuxt.js. The role combines Amazon Connect engineering, AWS serverless development, and technical leadership.

Capstone IT is helping our client to find an Amazon Connect Solution Lead who will design and develop contact center call routing solutions, build AWS serverless applications, integrate secure APIs, and lead technical delivery. This person will work hands-on with Amazon Connect, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS Lambda, CDK, DynamoDB, and other AWS services while also developing modern interfaces using Vue.js and Nuxt.js.

The role combines Amazon Connect engineering, AWS serverless development, and technical leadership. The successful candidate must be comfortable owning technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering reliable solutions even when requirements are not fully defined.
