Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced Managing Attorney to lead and grow a high-performing lemon law and consumer litigation team.

This fully remote leadership role requires strong litigation, mentorship, and operational oversight to scale multi-state matters. Responsibilities include guiding attorneys, overseeing intake-to-resolution, and partnering with executives on growth while ensuring ethical standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license.
• 10+ years of lemon law and/or consumer litigation experience.
• Prior law firm leadership or management experience.
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage attorneys and legal staff.
• Oversee lemon law matters from intake through resolution.
• Handle negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Manage complex and high-volume caseloads.
• Drive team performance, workflow efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
