This fully remote leadership role requires strong litigation, mentorship, and operational oversight to scale multi-state matters. Responsibilities include guiding attorneys, overseeing intake-to-resolution, and partnering with executives on growth while ensuring ethical standards and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license.
- 10+ years of lemon law and/or consumer litigation experience.
- Prior law firm leadership or management experience.
- Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage attorneys and legal staff.
- Oversee lemon law matters from intake through resolution.
- Handle negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
- Manage complex and high-volume caseloads.
