Qualifications

5+ years leading technical teams, delivery operations, or product execution.
Strong experience in technical architecture and systems thinking.
Hands-on experience implementing Agile methodologies within operational teams.
Solid understanding of Product Owner responsibilities and delivery frameworks.
Experience building operational structures where formal systems did not previously exist.
Experience managing technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
Experience with Laserfiche.

Responsibilities

Translate executive vision into scalable operational systems and architecture.
Define delivery workflows and executable requirements for engineering teams.
Act as operational extension of leadership within the technical organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
