Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and ship agentic AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph, building robust RAG pipelines and enterprise MCP integrations. You will own full-stack, secure deployments across cloud environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include 7+ years in software engineering, 3+ years with production AI platforms, strong TypeScript/React skills, and hands-on with AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 7+ years professional software engineering with production ownership.
• 3+ years building/shipping LLM, RAG, or agentic systems in production.
• Hands-on with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with vector databases/embeddings.
• Experience with MCP servers or tool-calling interfaces for agents.
• Strong TypeScript and React/Next.js; backend in Python, Node.js or Go.
• Cloud proficiency on AWS, GCP, or Azure; containers/CI/CD in real environments.
• PostgreSQL and at least one cloud data platform (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• OAuth2.0/SSO (Entra ID preferred).
• Proven production-ready AI-generated code.
• Git workflows, code review; hybrids acceptable; 3 days in office.
• Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or Copilot as dev workflow.
• Supabase + Vercel; Snowflake MCP connectors for data-to-agent patterns.
• Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps; Kong, Dynatrace, Datadog.
• Evaluation harnesses, guardrails, prompt versioning, LLM observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship agentic systems using LangChain/LangGraph and orchestration patterns.
• Build and operate RAG pipelines with embeddings, retrieval, grounding, and evaluation.
• Stand up MCP servers and tool integrations for enterprise-safe agent calls.
• Work with vector databases and embedding workloads for semantic search.
• Integrate multi-model LLM APIs with guardrails and production observability.
• Own CI/CD and deploy to cloud providers; ensure secure, scalable apps.
