The role emphasizes building scalable AI-enabled apps, translating technical needs, and mentoring teammates. This is a remote position open to qualified candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of professional experience.
• 7+ years building production algorithms on real data.
• 5+ years design/build experience in cloud environments.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience deploying algorithms beyond notebooks in production environments.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, collaborate, and advance AI/ML solutions across the enterprise.
• Own difficult technical problems from exploration to production deployment.
• Write high-quality software contributing to enterprise capabilities.
• Build AI-enabled applications integrating data, cloud services, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Improve AI solutions with holistic algorithmic improvements.
• Mentor staff through solutioning of custom algorithms.
