The role is hands‑on, focusing on designing, building, testing, deploying, and improving production algorithms that scale across systems.

You will collaborate with engineers and technical specialists, staying current with AI developments, and mentoring staff on custom algorithms and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of professional advanced algorithm building and data science experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing or building solutions in cloud environments.
• 3+ years of experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies.
• Experience deploying algorithms on production systems outside notebooks.
• Experience building or integrating AI/ML capabilities into software systems.

• Lead the applied and responsible use of AI/ML solutions across the enterprise, selecting tools and methods to fit each situation.
• Guide cross‑functional efforts to deliver real mission outcomes with initiative in fast‑paced settings.
