Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field; equivalence considered.
• 5+ years in software engineering, application development, or enterprise systems.
• 2+ years building AI/ML or AGI-enabled automation solutions; recent LLM work preferred.
• Experience taking automation from concept to production and operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and hands-on development of AI-enabled automations and agentic workflows.
• Build solutions combining LLMs, business logic, workflows, APIs, and data assets.
• Design reusable automation frameworks, services, and connectors.
• Integrate AI automation with metadata mgmt, data catalog, data quality, and lineage.
• Develop APIs and services for safe agent actions in enterprise systems.
• Apply low-code platforms where suitable while enforcing software engineering discipline.
• Establish orchestration patterns, state management, observability, and recovery.
• Define testing, monitoring, and quality controls for AI automations.
• Collaborate with architects, security, AI/data science, and product teams; provide technical direction.
• Mentor engineers, conduct reviews, and drive automation opportunities end-to-end.
• Identify processes suitable for automation and minimize unnecessary steps.
• Own production readiness, CI/CD, release management, and responsible AI controls.
