Humana is seeking a Lead AI Automation Engineer to architect and deliver AI-enabled automations across data governance. You will design, implement, and productionize scalable workflows, APIs, and integrations, mentoring engineers and driving best practices.

You'll combine LLMs, business logic, and low-code tools to automate governance processes while ensuring security, reliability, and measurable operational performance. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years in software engineering or automation.
• 2+ years building AI/ML or agentic automation solutions.
• Experience taking automation from prototype to production.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and hands-on development of AI-enabled automations and workflows.
• Build reusable automation frameworks and patterns for governance use cases.
• Mentor engineers and conduct technical/code reviews.
• Partner with security, data, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Own production readiness, CI/CD, telemetry and incident response.
