Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. Build a flexible private practice with steady referrals, strong clinical support, and minimal admin burden.

We offer 100% remote work, 9+ hours weekly minimum, and a compensation package of $83–$103 per 53+ minute session, plus free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and dedicated operational support to handle billing and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to adults.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and other therapies.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
