Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists for 100% remote, 1099 contractor roles focused on telehealth therapy. We provide a flexible private-practice-like model with referrals, malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and strong clinical support.

Therapists deliver weekly video sessions, use evidence-based therapies like CBT, and track progress with measurement-based care. You’ll join a supportive team with billing and credentialing handled for you and ongoing professional

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
2+ years delivering CBT or other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
Minimum of 9 hours availability per week across at least 2 days.
Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
