Job summary

Peregrine Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide direct clinical services via telehealth in a fully remote US role. You’ll conduct biopsychosocial assessments, deliver individual, family, and group therapy, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.

You will document in the EHR, ensure HIPAA compliance, coordinate with physicians and community resources, and participate in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed professional counselor (LPC) with active license.
• 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience in relevant settings preferred.
• Comfort delivering therapy independently within a supported care model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide individual/family/group therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Document progress in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and community resources.
