Calm Horizon Lifestyle Solutions is actively seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our remote team. Formación

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Empathetic disposition and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by clients in mental health care.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential to effectively balance your caseload and administrative duties.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that identify the specific mental health needs of clients, using standardized tools and client interviews.
• Create personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions through secure platforms, ensuring confidentiality and comfort while adjusting techniques to suit each client's preferred communication style.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, discussing progress and adjusting plans as necessary to maintain efficacy.
• Document all therapy sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate and timely records of client interactions to track progress and inform ongoing treatment.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to share best practices, seek guidance, and enhance your skills in a supportive environment.
