Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee counseling staff and deliver services to youth and adults across diverse settings. The role requires maintaining agency policies, supervising staff, and promoting professional development within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, clinical social work, or related field.
  • Two years of advanced postgraduate training and experience in outpatient mental health counseling or inpatient care, with client chart maintenance.
  • LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Oregon, Clinical Supervision Certification, and QMHP are required on start.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise counseling staff and provide counseling services to youth and adults.
  • Ensure agency policies are followed and maintain professional standards.
  • Develop staff training, in-services, seminars and educational opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy/timeliness of forms and oversight systems with supervisor approval.
  • Coach interns and staff, supporting documentation in the electronic health record.
