Job summary

Willamette Wellness Center, LLC seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join as Clinical Supervisor in Oregon. The role combines clinical care with supervision, ensuring quality services and regulatory compliance for a team of associates.

The Clinical Supervisor will work remote with potential hybrid options, overseeing up to five CSWAs, providing individual and group supervision, and maintaining timely notes and documentation to support licensure and credentialing.

Qualifications

• LCSW licensure in Oregon is required.
• 2-5 years of clinical social work experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in social work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a team of up to 5 associates following Oregon Board guidelines.
• Spend 20–23 hours per week seeing patients and 3–4 hours on supervision/clinical management.
• Write notes and handle administrative duties weekly.
• Provide group supervision 1–2 hours per month and participate in monthly team meetings.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical notes and templates.
