Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon to provide clinical supervision for Resident Talk Therapists in an outpatient setting. The role requires supervising at least six residents, leading weekly group supervision and individual sessions, and ensuring 20 hours of weekly client availability.

You will coach professional development and document supervision activities.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in good standing in Oregon.
• At least 2 years with an active LCSW license before supervision.
• 15 hours of training in supervision methods prior to supervising.
• 6 hours of supervision CE every 5 years to remain eligible.
• Passed Oregon Laws and Rules Exam within the last 5 years.
• Competent in clinical areas and populations served.
• No dual or conflicting relationships with supervisees.
• Ability to observe, review, and evaluate supervisees' work.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a group of at least six resident clinicians.
• Offer weekly group supervision and individual sessions per 15 clinical hours.
• Maintain minimum 20 hours of weekly availability including sessions.
• Oversee documentation and coaching for residents.
• Document supervision activities and address performance issues.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance matters.
