ADP, Inc. seeks an experienced and licensed LCSW to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to associate clinicians in a fully remote, contract role. You will supervise sessions, review treatment plans, and guide clinicians in evidence-based practice while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a valid LCSW license, 3+ years post-licensure, telehealth experience, and the ability to work independently with flexible scheduling in a national remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the applicable state(s).
• Eligible to provide clinical supervision according to state board requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision sessions.
• Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Guide clinicians in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Support clinicians with complex cases, crisis management, and ethical decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies.
• Maintain supervision records and required documentation.
