Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LCSW) is required.
• Experience with electronic health records and complete clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement a treatment plan.
• Provide high-quality care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
