Job summary

Blu Omega LLC is seeking a LCNC QA Tester to support a federal health program focused on enterprise applications and data modernization. This remote role tests LCNC apps to ensure stability, security, and quality, working within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include automated and manual testing, test plan development for Dynamics and web apps, CI/CD support with Azure DevOps, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and QA improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience testing Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• 2+ years supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing and executing test plans for web-based data platforms or applications.
• Proficiency in functional, regression, usability, and UAT testing.
• Understanding of QA practices and Agile environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated and manual testing to validate end-to-end functionality and performance.
• Develop and execute test plans and validation strategies for Dynamics and web apps.
• Support test automation and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution and verify fixes.
• Improve test coverage, QA processes, and testing frameworks.
• Maintain test documentation and quality artifacts.
• Ensure applications meet functional, performance, usability, and compliance standards.
• Promote quality throughout the software development lifecycle in Agile teams.
