RTX’s Collins Aerospace unit is seeking an Analyst for Contracts – LCC Shared Services (Remote, Puerto Rico). You will ensure accuracy and accessibility of shared resources, documentation, training tools, and collaboration platforms across LCC groups.

Responsibilities span intake, data integrity, and compliance support. Join a remote-friendly team focused on process improvement, audit readiness, and efficient information management.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in intake and routing of requests through enterprise processes and tools.
• Experience maintaining accurate data across tracking tools, platforms, or internal systems.
• Experience monitoring centralized communication channels such as shared inboxes, ticketing systems, or request queues.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial intake of requests through designated enterprise intake processes for the LCC group.
• Maintain accurate data across tracking tools and internal systems.
• Monitor and manage centralized communication channels and request queues.
• Log incoming requests and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate routing for review, approval, or escalation per workflows and compliance.
