• Experience maintaining data across tracking tools and internal systems.
• Experience managing centralized communication channels (shared inboxes, ticketing).

Responsibilities

• Perform intake of requests through enterprise intake processes for the LCC group.
• Maintain data across tracking tools, platforms, and internal systems.
• Monitor centralized communication channels and ticketing systems.
• Log requests, track status, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Route requests for review/approval/escalation per workflows.
• Perform basic compliance checks and ensure data fields are complete.
